Tracking is available for all items shipped by international service. You will get a tracking number via email or SMS once a package shipped.
You can follow up the order via Israeli Post (or other carrier) to track the package movement in Israel and to follow up via local carrier (ex. USPS) since the package arrived to country of destination.
If the estimated delivery date for your order has passed and your item hasn't arrived, just follow these steps:
1. Check your item's delivery information (by tracking number).
Your item may still be in transit, check the latest tracking updates
2. Contact the local shipping carrier (for example USPS) and let him know that you didn't receive it
3. If the shipping carrier doesn't respond or if they can't resolve the problem, you can ask us to step in and help
